Payment

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Mastercard & Visa via the Stripe payment gateway
  • Afterpay via the Afterpay payment gateway (NZ only)

Delivery

New Zealand Delivery

We use Post Haste as our preferred courier. Because of this, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Because of the range of products we stock, our shipping rates do vary based on size and weight.
Shipping calculators are enabled in cart and checkout to confirm the charge to deliver your goods.

Standard Delivery Service – Non-Signature required

We use a non-signature required, tracked service as standard. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package.

If you require your package to be sent Signature Required, please note SIGNATURE REQUIRED in your delivery instructions in capital letters. A Signature Required service does not necessarily mean you  need to be home to receive your package. The courier will leave in a safe place and take a photo as proof of delivery.

If you are not home, a card-to-call will be left and you will need to rearrange delivery with the relevant courier company.  We DO NOT charge extra for a Signature Required service.

If you provide us with a work/business delivery address, we will always send this ‘Signature Required’.  As some companies are quite large, we do this to ensure that if you are unable to sign for your order yourself, we are able to track who did sign, and where your parcel is.

Despatch Times

Our courier collects at approx 10:00am weekdays.

We will do our best to get your order to you within 1-3 working days, however delivery to some remote or rural areas may take a little longer to arrive.
